Hoche Avocats advised Siparex ETI on its acquisition of a stake in Destia, alongside its CEO Xavier Mura, the management team, Azulis Capital, MACSF and BNP Paribas Développement

Siparex is acquiring a majority stake in Destia, a key player in the personal services sector with 5.000 employees in 112 agencies in France. Destia provides daily support for the most vulnerable people, whether they are infants, children, dependent, disabled or elderly people.

Founded in 2006 by Xavier Mura, the “SousMonToit” network, which became Destia in 2016, is positioned at the heart of the chain value of services dedicated to dependency and offers a complete range of homecare services (independent living assistance, night-time assistance, social life support, meal preparation assistance).

With this new transaction, Siparex will bring all of its support to the group and its management, led by the founding CEO Xavier Mura, in its digitalization and the acceleration of its development, thanks to an offensive external growth strategy.

Azulis Capital, MACSF and BNP Paribas Développement are also continuing their partnership with Destia by reinvesting as minority shareholders in the new round of financing in which Après-Demain and Carvest are also participating.
