Hoche Avocats advises Gaïana on the acquisition of Spanish company Tipsa
Gaïana, a Bordeaux-based publisher of software for the agricultural sector, backed by Meanings Capital Partners, has acquired the Spanish company Tecnicas De Informatica Profesional Servicios y Asesoria, S.L (Tipsa), which specialises in solutions for the wine industry.
This transaction strengthens the Gaïana Group’s presence in Spain.
Hoche Avocats advised the Gaïana group on corporate aspects with a team comprising Jean-Luc Blein (partner) and Jennifer Pernet (counsel).
