Hoche Avocats advises the historical shareholders and TSG on CapVest’s proposed acquisition of a majority stake
Hoche Avocats has advised the historical shareholders of TSG, as well as TSG, in connection with the proposed acquisition by private equity firm CapVest of a majority stake in the company.
TSG is a European leader in technical services for critical energy infrastructure. Since being acquired by investment fund HLD in 2020, the group has accelerated its diversification into new energy solutions, particularly in electric mobility. The company is currently valued at approximately €1.8 billion.
CapVest’s investment is expected to support TSG’s continued growth strategy, including through further acquisitions, and to strengthen the group’s international expansion.
