Hoche Société d’Avocats adviser to Derichebourg on the acquisition of Bartin Recycling by Derichebourg
Hoche Société d’Avocats, adviser to Derichebourg on buying up Bartin Recycling from Veolia Propreté.
On 21 July, Derichebourg and Veolia announced that they had signed a share transfer agreement so that Derichebourg could buy Bartin Recycling, a company specializing in the collection and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in France, from Veolia.
A key player in industrial recycling in France, Bartin Recycling recovers and recycles up to 450,000 tonnes of metals per year at around 20 sites. The operation will take effect following authorization under the merger control procedure.
Derichebourg was advised by Jean-Luc Blein, partner, Jérôme Roustit, partner, and Quentin Fournier, counsel.
Veolia was advised by Eversheds with Franck Bourgeois, partner, and Charles Bresson.
