Webinar on the Amending Finance Law 2022 – IMA France 20 September 2022 (E. Quentin)

Eric Quentin, Partner at Hoche Avocats, will be speaking at the webinar organised by IMA France on 20 September 2022.

This webinar will provide an opportunity to review the tax measures adopted this summer in the context of the amended finance law for 2022 and the “purchasing power law”. It will also be an opportunity to discuss the main measures concerning companies that could be contained in the Finance Bill for 2023 which will be presented to the Council of Ministers on 26 September.

The speaker will also address the tax reform projects at the international level that are likely to come into force in our domestic law in the coming years (reform of the international tax system, Pillars 1 and 2, proposals for “DEBRA” directives and shell entities…).

Finally, it will review the main case law decisions rendered during the first part of 2022 (dividends qualifying for the parent company regime, equity securities, the  ‘Charasse Amendment‘ (anti-debt pushdown provision within a French tax consolidation), etc.).

At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to ask questions.
