Hoche Avocats advises Meanings Capital Partners on the acquisition of Instant System

Paris, 23 March 2026 – Hoche Avocats has advised Meanings Capital Partners on its acquisition of a 100% stake in Instant System, a company specialising in mobility solutions for public authorities and businesses.

The Hoche Avocats team included:

  • Jean-Luc Blein (partner), Amandine Doury (counsel) and Aliénor Nicolas (associate) on corporate/M&A matters,
  • Eric Quentin (partner), Inès Leroy (associate) and Louise Miont (associate) on tax matters.
