Hoche Avocats advises Archipel on three strategic acquisitions
Paris, 10 April 2026 – Hoche Avocats has advised Archipel, a fast-growing platform of chartered accounting firms, on the acquisitions of Prospective et Finance, Avexxens and L&A Conseil Audit.
With these transactions, Archipel reaches €50 million in revenue just one year after launch, underscoring the strength of its buy-and-build strategy.
The three acquisitions bring the total number of firms in the group to nine, representing 40 partners and reinforcing Archipel’s position in the French market.
