Hoche Avocats advises Bayard Group on the acquisition of Kingoland
Hoche Avocats has advised Bayard Group on its acquisition of Kingoland, a family-focused amusement park located in Plumelin (Morbihan).
Founded in 2014, Kingoland offers a broad mix of rides, live shows and immersive experiences tailored to a family audience. The park attracted more than 215,000 visitors in 2025 and has established itself as a leading regional leisure destination in Western France.
The acquisition supports Bayard Group’s growth strategy and marks its entry into the fast-growing experiential leisure segment.
Bayard Group intends to build on the strength of Kingoland’s existing management team to ensure continuity and drive future development. Founder Dominique Leroux will remain actively involved alongside the Group.

Hoche Avocats advised Bayard Group with a team comprising Marie Peyréga (Partner), Amandine Doury (Counsel) and Vincent Bothorel (Associate) on corporate M&A matters, alongside Eric Quentin (Partner), Pascale de Calbiac (Senior Counsel), Louise Miont (Associate) and Sarah Bennani (Associate) on tax and transactional aspects.
