Hoche Avocats advises Meanings Capital Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in Moulinot.
Paris, 27 February 2026 – Hoche Avocats advised Meanings Capital Partners on its investment in Moulinot, a leading player in the collection and recovery of biowaste in the Île-de-France region.
With revenue of approximately €20 million in 2025, Moulinot is entering a new phase of its development with the entry of Meanings Capital Partners as majority shareholder. The transaction, completed through the fund’s infrastructure strategy, involves a €50 million investment and provides for the exit of the vast majority of the company’s historical shareholders.
This strategic transaction marks a significant milestone for Moulinot, which aims to accelerate its expansion and scale up the industrialisation of biowaste treatment across France in order to address the growing challenges of environmental transition and the circular economy.
