Immediate adaptation of the law in prevention & insolvency proceedings DUE TO COVID 19
Adaptations applicable immediately and to ongoing procedures :
The prevention and collective proceedings procedures are immediately adapted to the Covid-19 crisis, including the procedures in progress
(Order no. 2020-341 of 27 March 2020 adapting, in particular, the rules relating to business difficulties is taken pursuant to Act no. 2020-290 of 23 March 2020 as an emergency measure to deal with the covid-19 epidemic and allowing the government to take any measure that may come into force as of 12 March 2020,
to adapt the provisions of Book VI of the Commercial Code)
